Pre - Season Workouts for 08-09

  • Pre-Season Workouts are meant for wrestlers to get an advantage going into the season with both conditioning and wrestling abilities.  Coach Fagan is our Strength training coach at the high school and along with the RH wrestling coaches we have designed a workout that combines weight training and wrestling together.  Mondays and Wednesdays after school all wrestlers attending focus on a lifting program that involves a combination of core exercises for about 30 minutes, followed by wrestling drills and live situation wrestling for an hour after.  The Tuesday and Thursday morning workouts usually go for about 20-30 minutes with once again core exercises combined with wrestling drills during the workout.  Our regular season is just around the corner and I would love to see more wrestlers from all levels attend as many workouts as possible.  Please contact Coach Marlowe if you have any further questions or concerns.
